20 + each for Aztec basketball and Aztec football. As I said, (if only you could read) I haven't hard Chargers season tickets since Svare. I did own 4 Club tickets for the Falcons this past season for biz purposes and a deal the Falcons offered me that I couldn't refuse. And you? I've been a FB season ticket holder since I walked in 07'(yeah I'm that much younger than you). Never for BB, too many games that I wouldn't be able to attend. My Freshman year was 01'. I went to just about every home BB game my first 3 years in school and I have a feeling even if you were actually buying BB season tix back then you probably werent going...unless you were 1 of the other 1 to 3 thousand at most of those games. For some one who has spent so much money on Aztec season FB tix over the years you sure don't seem to like the idea of the University improving your game day experience...how bizarre. At SDSU, didn't they teach you not to assume anything? I love college hoops and attend just about every game I can and have since Petersen Gym and the Sports Arena. I do miss an occasional football game and basketball game due to conflicts w/ biz trips or vacations, especially since they take so long to announce the schedules. And for your other assumption in such a short post, where do I ever say that I'm not for improving the game day experience? In fact, I know someone who meets w/ Sterk every so often to discuss this very subject, and who asks me for my input. His last meeting was just a couple days ago and he was armed with my thoughts. How about you? Bizzaro you are.

How about you? Bizzaro you are. You sound well traveled. What other college venues have you been to? I say you aren't for improving the game day experience because your solution seems to be an undedicated NFL facility for your SDSU aztecs. Irregardless of your season tix purchases your comments would seem to place the Aztecs somewhere below number 1 on your sports franchise list. That's why I say bizarre, 20+ years in, and a pro team would seem as, if not more, important to you.

I think PSLs are a good idea.
I would buy real PSLs for my Aztec seats. And I would buy PSLs for an MLS franchise. I don't enjoy the NFL, at all, but if a case were made that I could break even or profit I could be convinced to purchase a PSL for the Chargers. When I looked at the cost for 2015 vs. what tickets went for on the open market, the numbers just didn't add up. (for me, at least)

That's why I say bizarre, 20+ years in, and a pro team would seem as, if not more, important to you. I've been thinking about bringing back a thread from one of the old Aztectalk boards of what stadiums/arenas one has been to to enjoy a sporting event. I'm heading out on vacation on Monday so maybe I'll work on that list for you and others to add to. I've stated numerous times on here that I've been a Chargers fan longer than I've been an Aztec fan. Not by much mind you. But from 1979-1986, when I lived in L.A. and the Bay Area, I came home for ALL Chargers game and only a few Aztecs games. So if that means to you that I care more for the Chargers then the Aztecs football, then so be it. I've been very clear that I don't want the Chargers to leave San Diego. I'm willing to do my part to pay higher taxes, psls or whatever to keep them here. It would be a GIANT Black eye if the team left. This City, with the small town mentality, has lost far too many franchises already. We'll never ever get another NBA or NHL franchise and if the Chargers leave, no other NFL team will set foot here again. We'll lost the Holiday Bowl as a major bowl as we won't have a stadium big enough. Also FWIW- I was on the Aztec Club (then AAF) Board of Directors for a bunch of years I was a fundraiser for that group for even more years. I, along with a scant few others, who started the Aztec Warrior Foundation, to make sure this school has a suitable mascot. In doing so, we worked hard for 2 years to get the Aztec Warrior as the official mascot. Since then and up until about 2 years ago, we volunteered to monitor the Alumni Association and Athletic Dept to make sure they didn't screw it up. We hired the mascots since they replaced Carlos. I was a Big 64 Donor ($2500/yr) for basketball for a few years when it made financial sense for me to do so. So, do I care? Hell yes. I'm just not satisfied with mediocrity, but all this for another thread.

Also, you must remember that I grew up watching Don Coryell's Aztecs and then finally Air Coryell's Chargers. Tons of action and fun wherever Coryell was.
