I wouldn't bet on it, he's said he will take his time now to make sure.
He's basically said he'll sit down in July/August & put a timeline on when he'll make a decision. Could be August, September or October, or could go into the season (November). I still think he'll make a decision before his season starts, and most likely prior to the start of the NCAA season. Only time will tell.
Wouldn't surprise me if he wanted to take his final 3 officials - could be Gonzaga, BYU & Arizona, or I guess he could take an "official" to Utah, or there may be another player in the mix? But my guess is he's more likely to visit on a football weekend in Sept/October than anywhere for a game during the season. He's already taken an official to SDSU so if he came here for a game it'd be on his own dime.
Pretty positive he hasn't taken an official to SDSU, I knew the zagoria article stated he took a official to SDSU but I remember a report of a unofficial in the end of march.

Basically all we have is a tweet saying it was unofficial & the Zag article saying it was official, so who knows? If it was unofficial that's great - if we get him back for an official that's as even better sign.
Going to be a dogfight...
Cage or Stanback and Bailey would be a good duo; even better trio! : )

Would guess unless there is a major situation . Most recruits will play out the Summer Sessions of various events . Then set up visits for September / October , also could be first week of November . Make their Verbal then sign during the Early Signing time or hold for Spring . Why wouldn't they want to see a campus in session ,to get a better total picture of where they could be .

Who's ever said they wouldn't? Most already have visited the places they're most interested in; some more than once. Would expect several to visit in September/October. Bailey's been here; he's seen the campus. He'll probably visit again during the summer/Sept as I'm sure the staff wants him to see the JAM center up close & personal, and make that last impression on him.
To me he seems like a kid who does not want to go into his season with this still hanging over his head. Hence my comment about I don't think he decides after our season starts; he'll have committed somewhere by November IMO.

That's what we have been saying Bailey does the AAU events this summer , lines up visits he wants to take in September October and makes his decision , after the visits he wants to take are complete, and can sign if he chooses during 11/11 and 11/18 . We could have an OOC game late October or early November , do not think all our OOC game have been announced .

Unless you're talking exhibition, our first home game won't be until around if not until after signing day. Schedule typically starts between November 8th and 15th, and signing is November 11th. IMO he'll be long committed by then. Unless he delays signing, which I don't see, if he visits it'll be august to October, probably a football game and hoop practice. Not for a hoop game.

Last year we had an X game on 11/7 . If the staff has not booked the X game or another game maybe they could do one on 10/31 and another on 11/7 , with visits for those guys that have not made their final decision . Yes he and or others could make Verbal earlier but could also wait if we ask them to hold off until they can come see the crowd at Viejas . Do think the JAM Center that should be completed by 8/17 and the Viejas crowd do help us in recruiting . This year recruiting battles will be as intense as always maybe even tougher with the newer PAC coaches , plus the Zags . So anything that gives us an edge helps .

Very strong rumors that he is transferring to a Catholic School in the OC. Would have to think that's a positive sign for SDSU.

Well it's good if he goes there and develops a relationship with MJ Cage. We can use any helpful tie we can get in that dept, one may help sway the other.

Article on Rivals the other day . Bailey says he is in NO hurry to make a decision for colleges , will do the summer events then decide on visits . He could make decision during the early signing time ( Nov 11-18) or even wait until the late signing time April - 2016.

If the rumor is true and it's NOT Mater Dei, that leaves JSerra, Santa Margarita and Servite.

More power to him if that's what he wants to do, but man, besides MJ, I don't think there are any other "big fish" that we're in the race for in 2016.

Anyone knows how the scholarships work for guys who go on missions? Would he commit with his class or sign 2 years later? With the new mission age of 18, many are going right after they graduate from high school. He would sign with his college team, but would not enroll. The catch, as has always been the case, is that he could change where he wants to enroll after serving a mission and be eligible immediately at the new school.

Fisher is at the Milwaukee AAU event this weekend , evaluating players . Bailey is playing there , says Zags and Aztecs are the two schools recruiting him the most , but he is still open . Will set up more visits in the fall , no hurry to make commitment this time . In Rivals article , it suggests the visit to SDSU ,he took previously was an official .
Vance Jackson is also there and has put SDSU back on his list . His new HS coach used to coach our new 2015 PG Freshman JH .
Narain and his team mate M. Fraser are also playing there

".
He will have a list soon so we should know then I guess.
Furthermore Vance is expected to transfer from Bosco and Mater Dei is probably where he ends up.
