Less people are working or looking for work than at the height of any recent recession.

Good jobs numbers AGAIN? AND better than expected, too? Better conjure something up. What is the participation rate again? Job growth is good and unemployment rate going down is good, but as long as the participation rate is at or near historic lows we are still a basket case and it is way too late to blame Bush.
