The provider model is in place. Medicare. Hospitals and drug companies are making a ton of money on Medicare. The individual physician is the one who is taking it in the shorts. But that is also true in the current insurance run system we currently have. Close to agreeing, but not quite. We would have to wring fraud out of the system and refine eligibility. I do not think it is posible to get all the fraud out. We have not ever been able to get all fraud out in anything. There are always going to be crooks trying to steal. It is always a constant battle. To say we can not do anything until all the fraud is gone is akin to saying do nothing, ever. |
