little doubt the staff has been working hard to land him but you can bet every other team that has any interest is doing the same thing and also feels he is a perfect fit for their team. Gonzaga has two recruits signed for 2013 , a 6'8" forward (rated 3 ***) and a 6'11" center , not rated, ( who could red shirt) and waiting to hear from Moser . But is most likely telling Davis he would be their first priority to get them back to being the #1 rated school . Recruiting is a battle and gets ugly quickly.

Related article says Moser "close to a decision" and would appear to have the "smoothest transition" to Gonzaga as opposed to UW or Oregon.
Before Justin Hutson came back, I thought we had next to no chance for Davis. Now it's looking very promising.

Rest of the article is just one more paragraph. Says that if Moser goes to Gonzaga, "it is likely that Davis treks to San Diego." Explains our lack of big guys, Spencer will have an increased role, and Davis provides clear and immediate benefit for us. Nothing groundbreaking.

Moser, please go to Gonzaga. +1 I wonder how much he "dislikes" UNLV. A benefit to SDSU is a strike against UNLV.

UNLV has enough guys coming in to replace Moser ( a player that was not brought in by the current coach ) , would be nice if Moser does go to the Zags _believe he was there Sunday and stayed over. . Any word if the Zags have a preference between Moser and Davis or will take whom ever signs first. As we know when we lost Young to Kansas, C. Early to the Shockers, I. Hamilton to UTEP, Johnson to Washington , nothing is a done deal until Davis actually signs and we need a PF , to make us competitive .

Let's hope he would rather play in the #1 basketball conference - in regards to RPI.

Gonzaga almost annually disappoints in the NCAAs these days.

Getting Davis would be huge for this team next season. It really could be the difference between NIT and NCAA tournaments (mostly because our schedule and conference are going to be very tough next season).
