Never play them or UCLA again - we all know in our souls what is going to happen. No. SDSU should keep scheduling them until they learn to beat them. And yes, I hope that rumored home-and-home series vs UCLA becomes a reality.

Tonight was just a dominating game (mainly 2nd half) by #3 of the Borg. Props to him - sometimes you just get beat. Once we had to start passing, it was over. I think their punter won the game for them... After the first pooch you think we would learn to continue to block until the ball is in the end zone or out of bounds instead of letting them down the ball inside the 5. We ran away from the ball and let then down it. What was it downed 5 times inside the 5? Just one of the many things that were questionable in my mind. Out coached, out played and the Refs didn't help much either. Only thing worse than the game was the absolute lack of fan support for a 9-4 team at home.

Never play them or UCLA again - we all know in our souls what is going to happen. Absolutely, rater play Mich., Ohio St, hell, rather play Alabama than play BYWho or UCLA ever again. Doubt we will ever beat UCLA, or BYWho in a game that counts. Seen more embarrassing losses to those 2 than all the rest combined.

There are much bigger tragedies in the world than SDSU losing a football game -- I'm sure that you get my drift. Aside from that, I guess I'm just thankful that a team no one expected much from this season upset Nevada and Boise State on the road. It's too bad that we lost to BYU tonight, but it's not the end of the world (despite what you read in the Internet). Your kind of passive mentality doesn't accomplish nothing. Yes its not the end of the world, bad things are happening, etc, but this was a must win for the program and they crapped it. Excuses are for losers. Aww shucks, we'll get them next time I suppose.. Same old song and dance. Get a grip. It is just a game, and it wasn't a must-win. If you want to make yourself look like an idiot and hurl insults at someone you don't even know (lets compare our track records before you call me a loser), then I guess that is your prerogative. Some people never grow up.

Some people never grow up. Well actually, it kind of was a "must win". We are currently--according to Scout---in the bottom 1/3 in recruiting nationally. A win would have perhaps gotten some of our last remaining top prospects to lean more our way, AND help keep the few top ones we do have from being pulled away.

We ran the ball because Muema was hitting them up for 10 yard chunks. The D for BYU was very good against the pass. We actually tried to pass at the goal line and that cost us the game. Every other time we ran when we were pinned back.

Would a win have been helpful to recruiting? Absolutely, I agree with you, and it's what all Aztec fans wanted. Will this loss be the downfall of the football program? I doubt it. Rocky will have to work with a nine-win season and a MWC championship, which isn't perfect, but it isn't bad either.
