I'd say if he can cut it in the weight room (Hall's program) then he'll be able to make it with the others. If he doesn't practice or play hard----Rocky won't play him. This is another example of how important the weight room is----it weeds out those who don't want to make the commitment!!

Yes, good find. I knew I saw this somewhere. Thanks for the assist. Hopefully Ian won't waste his potential and prosper under Rocky. Oldie Out

I've heard so many players talk about how hard he works them and how they have soreness in muscles they never knew they had that I think Rocky has hired a winner there. Definitely a student of Wellman's techniques and our team is never going to be soft with him and Rocky in charge.

I will never forget the BEATDOWN that R. Long gave to C. Long and if he can do that at New Mexico then the sky is the limit for him here. Adam is another arrow in the quiver that will make St. Don proud of what these fellows are in the process of accomplishing.

I'm glad to hear this news. If this young man is willing to work, I'm confident coach Rocky, Hall & Ludwig will teach him the AZTEC work ethic that some of these transfers have been on record as saying. I don't mind being known as "bounce back U". As long as we get the W.
Go AZTECS fam!

Is he going to play at Grossmont or just taking a semester (summer?) of classes? If he redshirted at K-State he'll play at Grossmont as he'd still have three years left of eligibility aftter this coming season.

Odd! SDSU did not offer him. How many San Diegans wind up in the "Little Apple?" My guess is Joe Bob Clements was recruiting him for SDSU and then when the Chuckster got canned, Ian soured on SDSU and joined him and Clements at K-State. Let's hope he's learned a lesson that there's no place like home and that he's also gained some maturity and is ready to get to work.
