paying for sites only gets you the information about a week early. It all leaks out eventually via twitter or some other services. They do provide good info though Support local business!

Found this interview from March of this year... Rashad Muhammad seems to like SDSU, he listed us as one of the schools recruiting him the hardest and when asked which coach impressed him the most in his recruitment so far, Rashad responded with - "Coach Bland" Not a lot of competition as of now for him, as far as I'm concerned - USC, New Mexico, Colorado, SMU, Maryland, Northwestern, UTEP and Texas A&M. I do not know much about Rashad's game, but he seems to be a solid player for sure. And if he helps us get Domingo, I am all for that. www.premierball.com/questions-answers-w-2012-rashad-muhammad/

Domingo doesn't appear to be the kind of athlete that Fisher normally recruits.

We will still have plenty of athletes if we got Domingo... but none of which can come close to him when it comes to hitting a jump shot. Stephen Domingo has one of the nicest jump shots in the country, regardless of class. Heath was not a great athlete. Tapley is not a great athlete. Rahon is not a great athlete. Not all of Fish's recruits are on Wade/Habel/White/Thomas/Franklin/Polee's level. Domingo doesn't appear to be the kind of athlete that Fisher normally recruits.

Looking at this years class and the transfers I'm wondering if maybe we haven't moved beyond recruiting any player that is not a great athlete? Although I know a great shooter would be hard to pass on .

Domingo is a consensus top 30 national recruit though. Not sure why you would think the Aztecs should pass on him. Being athletic does not necessarily mean a kid is going to be a great scorer or basketball player. He holds offers from many other teams who are also known for being notoriously athletic - UNLV, Arizona, Cal, Washington, Memphis, Georgetown... the kid can play. Although I know a great shooter would be hard to pass on .

I see no point in paying for recruiting info. A recruit is either gonna come here or not. I don't need to pay an extra $50 so I can get a hardon knowing a year in advance what recruits we will have a good shot at. They are rarely correct in their predictions and you can most of the same info they provide for free although it may not be as timely.

If you read their premium board they wrote Domingo had three teams who stood out. None of them were SDSU so technically they were right.
