I like AztecTom's and insider's contributions and really insider didn't do anything wrong here. It just sucks when a player or relative comes to this board - nothing good seems to ever come from it ('cept maybe Chase Tapley's dad).

I agree Insider is having a bad week with bball recruits, but in this case all he did was give his objective opinion about a player, which is the whole reason of having a sports message board. EDIT : Not even a player, he didnt single anyone out, he gave his opinion about players

its amazing how people wish they were in a position to judge. However i guess when you are as short as 5'8" and a little man than i guess i might just be a hater on these tall, dark, athletic and brilliant youngmen also... Please go buy a pair of male heels after you go take a trip to the wizard. these athletes are all and some or not given half the recognition they deserve but ya gotta be at the right place and in the rights eyes to get that. Peace and Respect shorty These are just players we have targeted, obviously many we are extremely unlikely to get. #4 Aaron Gordon #11 Isaac Hamilton #29 Stephen Domingo #54 Marcus Lee #65 Roschon Prince #71 Tyree Robinson #78 Jordan Bell #83 Josh Hart #103 Jahmel Taylor #121 Tyrell Robinson #128 Dakarai Allen #138 Brandon Randolph #150 Jaron Hopkins Imo Roschon Prince, Tyrell Robinson, and Isaac Hamilton are overrated based on their ranking and Dakarai Allen, Jaron Hopkins, Marcus Lee, Josh Hart, and Stephen Domingo are underrated. Hopkins and Allen in my mind are no doubt top 100 prospects. The key words are "based on their ranking" (this particular ranking). I have no doubt that "insider" would love to have Prince on SDSU, as would all SDSU fans. His outside game has really improved, he loves to play defense, and he plays hard.

You're on a message board that is open to the public with posters who just want to share their thoughts or pass on information. There will be many times a poster says something bad about a player or a recruit. If you have a problem with that than make a private board for you and your friends. A player, recruit or a family member might have an issue with a comment and make it known but they also know it's a person who has no say in the program and one fan out of hundreds of thousands.

"What" you ask? Well, I'd say you got (deservedly) punked. Maybe if you posted with a little less hubris your opinions might come across with a little more credibility. Huh? What did insider do wrong?

Re-reading what insider posted it is pretty clear that he just thinks some of the players are rated too high and some are not rated high enough. I see nothing wrong with that and I'm sure he (as we all would) love to have all 3 of those 'over-rated' players commit to SDSU. I haven't seen any of these guys play but have read good things about all 3 of those very talented players.

Agree with this, I also wouldn't read this board if I was a coach or a player for SDSU athletics. I would love to have any of these players at SDSU obviously, but I just disagree with some of the rankings, and it is a opinion. Eric Bossi does a great job at Rivals and I am sure he is a better talent evaluator than me.

Prince would be a complete idiot if he came here to play basketball instead of going to a major football school. He has a clear path to the NFL draft. If he comes here, sure he'd help us, he'd be a four year guy and he'll accomplish some great things, but he'll never be an NBA talent. He'd be an All American football player though.

Even if what you say is true (I have my doubts), God forbid somebody choose a sport because they genuinely enjoy playing it.

Yeah that's because you don't give a $#!+ about Prince. I want to see his talents get him paid and provide for his family one day. He can do that playing Football, not basketball. Mercedes Lewis understood this and pursued football. He's a millionaire today. His brother Marcus gave basketball a try instead....lets just say it didn't quite work out the way he wanted. All Long Beach Poly players who had a choice to make after dominating high school basketball and football.

I want him to do what he wants to do, not what you "think is best"

I want him to do what he wants to do, not what you "think is best" Well if he's smart he'll play one more year of basketball, then play football there after. It's one thing to love the game, its another thing to make a smart decision. Some kids enter the draft too early, some kids pick the wrong school, and some kids pick the wrong sport.

I wonder what some of you are like in real life. I mean, I actually don't, but I do.
