Use it in case the coaches need any more material to stick on the Billboard to motivate the players.

Gee, I guess we'll actually have to play real football games to prove our selves, because we've already lost the star game. GO AZTECS, GO ROCKY, GO FISHER

Browsing through the Rivals recruiting info/commits for 2013 I decided to check on something from the 2012 Class.........and lo and behold they have reduced the following players to 2 Star recognition: Arthur Flores Malcom Jackson Eric Judge Demontae Kazee Kendrick Mathis Maybe one of you who has access to these guys can ask them what the hell gives? . They still are three stars on scout,The vast majority of all playersd who were all MW footballin the past including the ones who went to the NFL were two stars. Except byu, if you pass the SAT then you are four stars.

They were not downgraded. They were never 3 stars to begin with. NM Sate has a bunch of 3 star JC guys. Jeebus! A newbie who's been paying more attention than a dozen regulars! Good on you, bro.

This was probably the best OL class in the history of our program. Miller, IMHO has next level talent written all over him.

So much talent slightly north of us in the Southern and IE Sections. Yet, this. I'm with Monty here. This class has me nervous about Big East play. So let's just give up and quit, shall we?

Who gives a $#!+? The players are what they are. Exactly. And in most cases we have no idea what they are yet. I wonder if we've ever had a two star player become great? Anybody?

These are the execptions. If you look at the top of the BCS rankings, more times than not they look like the recruiting rankings. Boise State and UCLA exlemplify examples of exceptions on both sides of the spectrum. Nothing is stopping us from being the next BSU. Hell, they're recruiting 2nd level Southern and IE section talent we could and should be getting. We're not there yet. I hope we can be. So until then, I'm not very excited about our class sans the fat dudes.

Vincent Brown "Two Star". For every Vincent Brown there are 20 AJ Green's or Julio Jones. Look at the top 5 of this years draft. 1) Andrew Luck- 4 star 2) RGIII- 4 star 3) Trent Richardson- 5 star 4) Matt Kalil- 5 star 5) Justin Blackmon- 3 star

I'd venture to guesstimate more than 20-1. Perhaps 50-1.

the class as a whole is a good haul for SDSU after the years of s#!++y play on the field. I dont really expect SDSU to ever recruit that well as far as the football program is concerned. We had our chance at creating a great tradition in football, and failed miserably the last twenty years or so. I am willing to accept this and move on.

Not with USC, UCLA, Oregon, Stanford, Utah, and Cal recruiting down here. Now, if it does happen, I will be pleasantly surprised. And I will admit to being wrong.

BSU, gets those guys they didn't want...generally speaking. So why can't we do it? Even Hawai'i did it for a couple of years.

If guys would choose BSU over SDSU, I think that says it all. BSU took advantage of the past twenty years of States horrible program, that said, Public perception does not change over night. States years of ineptitude will work against us in many ways. Recruiting is as cut-throat as it gets in Calirfornia, and you can bet that Lame Kiffen and the like are going to lay in on thick for years to come. this isnt just a "why cant State do as well as Boise State in recruiting?" question. Its, "how can we recruit as good as them?" IMO, we had our chance. I hope I'm wrong. now, let me ask you. How can we?

They just started their run of national respect around 2004. They had a ranked team around 2001 or 2002. So how does one go to a new FBS school over SDSU? That's not public perception because we actually got better classes back then. Only the last couple of years, BSU recruting has gone above embarassing. So why can't we win with the same type of players? Coaching, right?
