Perhaps Feer is a non-scholarship "commit".

Perhaps Feer is a non-scholarship "commit". This. Feer has just two years of eligibility remaining and we already have two other guys who have committed. The linked article says nothing about a scholarship so my guess is Feer will join the kid from Florida as another walk-on. BTW, I have no problem with this. During the Dark Ages, we put nobody on scholarship and ended up having to use Lane Yoshida for two years, who could never put KOs into the end zone and whose FG accuracy was barely better than Perez's was this year. Of course, APR problems during Craft's tenure which reduced our scholarships had a lot to do with that.
