Of course I knew that whole thing was crap when I saw the ACORN reference. It turns out that ACORN was cleared of the charges Breitbart layed on the table. Turns out his tapes were simply cut and splice and when the full tapes were seen his charges fell apart. It simply a conservative activist that was more interested in destroying their perceived enemys than the truth. I find that to be often the case. I don't watch Fox. Do you, win? Maybe you can tell me if they aired the follow up. I have stopped following the ACORN thing since it is no longer in the news. Are they still around?

I simply asked you to prove the assertion in the repost. You refuse. Your repost is claiming that Sherrod defrauded the government of 13 million dollars. Pretty serious stuff. I simply ask that you offer some proof. You decline. That is why I know you are full of "it" Shhhh. William might be listening. I simply gave you something to try to shed some light upon. Just why would you think I would be compelled to offer proof of something that I invited others to shed some light on? You just go into some childish rant mode out of frustration or something. I have never before witnessed someone turning what should be a fun exercise in chasing down a politically motivated charge into a food fight. You posted bull$#!+. I called you out on it. Simple as that.

Go back up and read the red print and follow the links.

I websearched the first 5 words and came across dozens of little right wing websites that were trading back and forth this foolishness. Do you spend much time reading that drivel. If so it is no wonder you are full of it. Shhh, william might be listening. Want to address the lies about ACORN? Is Breitbart your hero?

So you don't want to address the lies the conservatives told and retold about ACORN? Not surprised it reflects poorly on conservatives. Frankly, the administration's response reflected poorly on them. They trusted the conservatives to actually tell the truth. That is always a mistake. I hope they learn from mistakes like that. They had not by the Sherrod incident.

You don't seem to want to discuss Sherrod and her $13 million reparation payment so why should I look something up that no longer matters for you?

Right. No point in looking up the truth when lies fit your political views better. Just take my word for it, both the Brooklyn DA and the California AG investigated, found the edited tapes were decietful and the charges brought by Brietbart were without foundation.
This goes to the credibility of your repost, win. If the man lied before for political reasons why would I think he would not again? Now I know why you believe him. You seem to believe anything and everything that says anything bad about a liberal or a Democrat that you can find on the internet.
Then you repost it. ;D
Frankly, this goes to your credibility.

Want to post links to those things? I don't believe it. Jerry Brown is the CA AG. Who believes anything that he would have to say? ACORN is not now an issue and looks like Breitbart did us all a favor.

Good job! Looks like Breitbart and those two kids did a pretty good job of shutting down ACORN in California. I read most of the CA link and just the summary of the other. I think we read those things a little differently. The bottom line is that they shut ACORN down for the most part in California. There was a lot of finding fault with the ACORN operation in California. The problem for Okeefe and his helper is that they could be sued by the former California ACORN employees about the recording. The unedited tapes showed illegal and unethical actions by ACORN but not as flagrant as the edited tapes that we saw. The Brooklyn link seems to be just a finding that there was nothing illegal there but stopped short of talking about ethics. Maybe I was wrong about Jerry Brown in this instance. He seemed to go beyond what Arnold told him to do and found a whole bunch of stuff that Acorn was doing.

United States), against these turds. A post on Volokh discusses it. I like this part: "...because there was an eminently plausible non-punitive purposes: namely to efficiently manage federal funds by not giving taxpayer dollars to an organization which by its own admissions had extensive problems with accurate accounting and proper financial management, and which has an admitted record of embezzlement and criminal convictions of employees." volokh.com/2010/08/13/acorn-decision-explained/
