Houston. Huge TV market ( Now they don't own it but at least it's exposure.) Top 25 teams.

How about a "None" choice? Why would we add one of these teams? Would it do anything for anyone's pocketbook? What in the way of $$ do they bring to the table? This all about money now so I'm not sure why the MWC would go to ten. The Fred Noonan School of Navigation.

I say Houston and no one else. Big t.v. market and they can be paired with TCU.

The WAC is already down to 8 so I can't see them going lower but conference usa has teams to spare. UTEP, and SMU seem like perfect fits for geography, TV market and they would benefit both basketball and football.
Nevada, Fresno St or Utah St would be solid gets as well, in my opinion. Utah St would replace Utah, and Nevada and Fresno are geographically perfect 10's.

None. If I had to pick one it would be Houston. Utah will be gone.

If Utah goes get Houston. A good foothold in Texas.

Fresno. You have the whole Central Valley from a tv stand point. Also there are much, much more Fresno fans then Houston Cougar fans out there (don't care about the Houston population, they are UT, Texas A&M, NFL, the Big 12 and then maybe Rice and Houston fans) You also have a rivalry with SDSU. The MWC needs more of a California feel to it, in order to stick it to the PAC 10, if we can ever become a BCS conference. Also perhaps a team like Fresno can help push the Moutain West Network into more homes in California and eventually on regular cable, throughout California.

I flew to Houston once from LA. It was a lot longer flight than I expected. About 4 hours I think. It's way over there. I say Fresno State. That would be a good rivalry.

Out of that group I voted for Houston. I'd like to see another Texas school in the MWC. I don't think UTEP can offer much, and SMU has an up and coming football program but I don't want to see another Hawai'i happen especially in our conference.

No one for now, as long as Utah stays in the MWC through the end of the 2011 season.
Clear #1 in my book: Houston.
Fresno is the only other one from that group worth considering at this point.
