I believe he's a southern california guy. Wishful thinking, but it me be worth a call from Rocky.

Wouldn't that be awsome! He'll be a HC in the NFL within a year... nice to dream though

My guess is that he ends up at USC after Kiffin is fired.

First off this is pure fantasy, he is going to get another NFL HC job if he wants it. Second even if there was a minuscule chance he would consider it he isn't a 3-3-5 guy.

Just thinking big. I think it would be a great break for him to coach in the college ranks, developing kids and not dealing with NFL stuff. If I was Rocky I would take him in a second regardless of his 3-3-5 experience.

Fisher has $4mil reasons to not be interested in coaching this coming year.
He'll take a year off and get a pretty decent HC gig back in the NFL for 2012. Maybe with the Eagles if they are smart enough to fire Andy Reid (which would make my wife, who is from outside Philly, VERY happy...).

At this point in the games - so late - I would agree that he sits the season out and come back next season. Way too much uncertainty and I don't think another team would dump their coach as this point to pick him up.

Forget about him going to SC. The Titans attempted to sue SC after Kennedy Pola was hired away. A lot of bad blood there. Plus Kiffen just brought in a huge class, I doubt he goes anywhere. I do hope, though that the Aztecs get Heyward.

Less silly but I think the Zoob could be on to something. If Kiffin has another poor year, I could easily see U$C swallowing the rest of his contract and Fisher taking over there. U$C has more money than God so could pay Fisher NFL type money and you can bet he would be interested in coaching his alma mater.

Pretty sure Jeff Fisher's never run the 3-3-5. So no, don't think he's coming.
