Last week's Top 10 teams lost 9 games. Crazy year to be good. That basically means that anyone hot in March (including us) could go all the way.
Ohio State is the only team with 0 losses. San Diego State and Kansas are the only two teams with 1 loss. Still very select company.

I have a pretty good idea of what the top 8 will look like, after that I'm having trouble picking teams out.
1. OSU 2. Kansas 3. Pitt 4. Texas 5. SDSU/Duke 6. Duke/SDSU 7. UConn 8. BYU
Obviously SDSU should be ahead of Duke but you all know about the bias. It's weird that Texas can be considered a top 4 team with 3 losses but they really did have a good week and the AP loves them. I could see them being #3 and Pitt still being behind but that seems less likely than the alternative. BYU could also be ahead of UConn but again that seems less likely after their loss to UNM and UConn lost in double OT to a top 20 team.

I just posted on another thread, before reading this, and basically said the exact same thing. Beyond the top 8, there is a clear gap, and I think the rankings will end up about where you say, although SDSU should arguably stay in the Top 5 with all the other losses, most not as good of a loss as ours (BYU was favored by 5 even when we were #4 and undefeated).
