I think Coach Prime is going to leverage any success at Colorado into a move to the SEC or ACC as soon as he can... He needs to be successful at Colorado before any SEC school considers him as a legitimate candidate. With 50+ players leaving, I would guess the morale in the program is low, the Buffs could be looking at a winless season. "Prime Time" is gutting the program and starting from the floor level, it's a major flip or flop job. This is his first stint coaching at a major P5 program, the powers that be might have bought into his sales pitch the same way we bought into Chuck Long. We all know how that ended up. Oldie Out

and today Prime got a transfer from Alabama -
think they will have enough players to be a decent team - can not be much worse then last season

Oh, that would make a ton of sense... but FL St is coming off a strong year as Mike Norvell has them looking pretty well turned-around (10-3 last season). So unless the Seminoles totally tank, I doubt they'd get rid of a successful coach just because Coach Prime would be available. And while I'm sure he has alumnus loyalties, the Gators have SEC-level resources while FSU has ACC-level resources (for now). That's a big difference.

The team also has an entirely new coaching staff with a few that have no D1 FBS experience. I am buying a lot of the stuff that is coming out of CU and enjoy listening to Coach Prime BUT I think it will be a really bumpy road this season and I could see him win 7 plus or drop 7 plus games, there is just no telling. He should have a better team this year then what they have put out at CU the last few years.

If he wins 5 that's a very good season for his 1st year, and 6 would be remarkable. I just can't see them winning @tcu, @oregon, USC, @ucla, OSU, @wsu & @utah. If they win 1 of those then 6-6, but 2?

Fair… TCU and UCLA are breaking in QBs… and I think both OSU and WSU will be winnable… but it could be 5

One of the important things for the PAC and possibly help a PAC TV Deal -is the possibility that people will be Watching the Colorado games - some of their players and the Coach
Do not know his buy out but If he can do well it helps Colorado and they can not be much worse then last year
Talking of the Portal has SDSU recently added any players

Is there a summary of who's in and who is out, plus 2023/24 Aztec FB recruits?

I'd say a "negative" effect just for hyperbole but that would actually mean something in statistical operations.

In the past it could be true people may want to watch certain players or teams but do think that Prime has certainly created a buzz at Colorado and when he gets additional transfer people do pay attention - people will also want to see how some of the transfers who were at his former school perform at the P5 level -
Colorado plays At TCU - that will draw a big crowd for numerous reasons
Colorado also plays BIG opponent Nebraska that could also get some additional watchers - you might be right it could hurt the PAC - I would disagree

I see Colorado important because if they are a hot commodity for TV Networks/Media then it could help the PAC TV Deal
Also might there be any players leaving that could help the Aztecs
On the links you provided is the LB from the Lobos not shown

I count 13 transferring out and 3 transferring in. Looks like still a lot of room for pickups
