What are the "relevant section" rules?...nobody knows...why?...because they only exist on right-wing news and media...the Constitution is supreme...it says what it says...there are no buts...Trump is impeached...the only thing left is whether he is removed from office...Moscow Mitch seems complicit in the aiding and abetting...so we all expect the Republican senate to go OJ jury nullification...let Trump walk even though they know he's guilty...why?...because he's one of them...totally traitorous..... At this point I’m wondering if you are trying to be funny, posting in parody in the style of what you think someone on the political left sounds like. I gave you the exact name of the document and I’m sure you know what Google is. Just in case you are being serious, start on page 314. play.google.com/books/reader?id=vVFwvC0kq4kC&hl=en&pg=GBS.PA314If you are being a troll, then well played. If you were being serious, then….dude. This is what I'm talking about...what page and paragraph does it explicitly state what you claim...because it certainly doesn't state it on pg 314-320 an d I'm not reading 1000 pages to get to the nugget...so once again...it doesn't state anything other than what the Constitution says...and I've given you exactly where it says it...so just admit you don't know what you're talking about and only know what Trump State News tells ya to parrot....

what page and paragraph does it explicitly state what you claim Dude. You just went from denying the House of Representative had any written procedures at all, to admitting they do but now claiming they took one sentence from the US Constitution and stretched it over 6 pages. Try page 317, bottom paragraph where it explicitly states the Senate has to be notified by message. There are a truckload of additional requirements that haven’t been satisfied, but that notification by message requirement is the one Nancy Pelosi is currently playing with. Pages 314 to 320 is all the stuff they need to do in Impeachments, and until it is all done the Impeachment proceeding isn’t done. Until it is done, the President isn’t (past tense) Impeached, but rather the House is in the Impeachment process.

Until it is done, the President isn’t (past tense) Impeached, but rather the House is in the Impeachment process. What you cite does not support your claim...... It does. You just don’t understand it. I also posted a link above to a court case where a House of Representatives transmitted the Impeachment and even presented it at the Senate bar, but the Senate did not have enough members to meet quorum. That is far more than Pelosi has done here, and even that was ruled by the courts as insufficient to constitute Impeachment. I get that you want to hold on to that one sentence in the US Constitution. It is short, in plain language, and you understand it. I get it, but there is more to law and this is a legal proceeding. From your inability to find and interpret sources, I can tell this isn’t your field. If you want to believe whatever you want to believe despite being shown the exact places where you are in error, and existing case law establishing the requirement of satisfying compulsory conditions that have not been met in this current situation, I can’t stop you. I would just advise that you go easy on your claims of things not existing simply because you don’t know about them.

Pretty much. Meh. It was a fun legal question to dig in to but now it is what it is.

MoscowMitch is actually allowing a vote to allow witnesses. Hard to believe...what's the catch? "Moscow" Mitch? Do you mean the Mueller Report's Moscow? Or some other angle? If Mueller Report related, please put on the tin foil hat (aluminum foil if you don't have tin) and regale us with the missing evidence of the Trump-Russian collusion plot. As far as witnesses go, I assume Mitch will allow the Senate Democrats to torpedo Joe Biden's presidential campaign if they choose to. I gather the elite in the Democrat party already knows the evidence of corruption that Rudy has compiled on Joe and I'm betting Joe will be sacrificed on the Democrat's altar of Trump Derangement Syndrome. As Bernie is an unelectable pinko kook, that is why the NY Times gave endorsements for Klobuchar and Warren before the Iowa/New Hampshire primaries (which could be seen as leaving the door open for Bloomberg). The Democrat TDS could even give rise to the thought of a brokered Democrat convention where Hillary resurfaces. That would be Hillaryous!
