will see how we do with the last scholarship - as we see UNLV is doing quite well and also transfers - not sure how Nevada , Fresno , USU, Lobos are doing We have some good three star guys that could do well if they develop - major If Why is that a "major if?"

K. L.really worked hard on improving his game both at college and in the NBA . Jalen also improved greatly from HS to getting drafted . Our two guys
Any thoughts on how we did with some of the other recruits some have said that we have not done as well with others
Do feel encouraged that Coach Acker is supposed to be a coach that helps guys develop
So there have been questions about development

Because we haven't been good at developing players in a long time? By development, we mean Player 1 comes in at perceived value X and leaves at 2X. We have Player 1 come in at perceived value X and leave at 1/2 X.

We have Player 1 come in at perceived value X and leave at 1/2 X. Look how much a guy like Jalen McD improved. Being a 3 star guy, fringe 4 star means you supposedly have no shot at the NBA. He improved so much while he was here

We have Player 1 come in at perceived value X and leave at 1/2 X. This first opinion is not correct and the definition of development is also not correct. 0/2

Did he improve from his freshman year to his senior year? I think he did. Last year Nathan Mensah saw improvement from the beginning of the year to the end. Same can be said of Arop. Dakari Allen improved during his 4 years here, especially his offensive game. I think Mitchell will show significant improvement this year if he gets his weight down.

The Aztecs aren’t the only MW team brining in some talent. UNLV at #10, Fresno just behind the Aztecs at #28

It'd be the best since 2014. On paper that one would be hard to beat, being that we had 2 top 100 players (3 if you include Kell who was just outside the top 100), plus the 3 star PG Kevin Zabo Key words... All recruits are "on paper" until you see them perform on the college level.

Fresno has the 2 recruits so far both 3 star
Braxton Meah - 6'11" from the Fresno area - listed as other schools- Arizona, ASU , Clemson , VA Tech
Leonardo Colimeiro ( Sp) 6'7" - had interest from Colorado - originally from Brazil
UNLV coach has been doing very well with the 4 recruits and transfers

I don’t see any mention of Trey Pulliam, the juco transfer. My understanding from someone who has good knowledge of the program, that he has got very good acceleration. Could be a sleeper😀

Excellent acquisition. Just my opinion, but watch and see.

UNLV is now rated #12 in the recruiting for 2020 and we have moved to #26 Totally irrelevant. There are so many kids not committed, and -- more importantly -- no one has signed anyone. So comparing ranking of verbal commitments is sheer folly. A school outside the top 50 "ranked" classes right now could sign a top 25, top 50, and top 100 player and wind up coming from "no where" to have a top 15 ranked class. Likewise, a school with several commitments from the top 100, currently "ranked" quite highly, could see all of them flip and wind up signing one of my cats as their frosh point guard to a class ranked somewhere around 175 (if they sign Tessa, our little chocolate brown kitten... she is lightning fast, would have great stats on steals and could definitely get to the rim with ease for layups or free-throws... very much under-recruited).

Lets see how Trey Pullman turns out. Aztecs have recruited a ton of guards this year. Room for Seiko?
