Besides El Paso:
Amarillo 2 games ahead in 2nd half with 10 to play. Won 1st half.
Lake Elsinore is 1 game back with 10 to play, and can make playoffs by winning 2nd half, or by winning the WC if Rancho Cucamonga win both halves. The Storm currently leads the WC race in their division.
Ft Wayne is essentially out of the playoff picture.
Eugene is also essentially out of the playoff picture.
Both Padres rookie league teams have a chance to get into the playoffs.

Crap. I don't know why I said Eugene regarding the NWL. I guess I forgot (again) that the Padres left Eugene after the 2014 season and went to Tri-City.

UPDATE:
El Paso 1 GB with 2 to play. If Las Vegas and El Paso are tied after Monday, El Paso holds the tie-breaker.

Lake Elsinore is in the playoffs as a WC team.
Ft Wayne is out.
Tri City in as a WC.
AZL Padres 1 not in playoffs. AZL Padres 2 in playoffs, but were eliminated.

Pretty remarkable since the Padres don't typically put this as a top priority. Good seasons by a lot of the farm, especially considering the extreme youth at a few levels. Elsinore had over half of the top ten youngest players in the Cal League.

El Paso loses tonight. Las Vegas leads 2-1 in the 8th. If Las Vegas wins, the Aviators win the division, and the Chihuahuas are out of the playoff hunt.
Las Vegas won, so the Chihuahuas are out.

Showed some fight, but I think they were without 8 of their top 11 contributors at this point. Tough to overcome.
