The Padres clearly have players with talent, but it seems as though players are not making adjustments, or are not prepped for adjustments being thrown at them. So who is at fault? Scouting or Management? or both?

Dodgers have Latin America sewed up. They all want to be Dodgers. Our recruiters can't compete.

You do realize the Padres management has recently spent a lot of money on international and Latin American players right? The Padres also have one the best farm systems in MLB. But on the topic, not a big fan of Andy Green. However, he is dealing with a young pitching staff and some of them are on a hard pitch count which puts a lot of pressure on the bullpen. The Padres lineup should be hitting better and that could be a coaching problem.

Maybe a more experienced manager is needed for a young team!
