He sat his first year at Kentucky after under going knee surgery. (Assume he would get that year back.) Sit another for the transfer and still have 3 years left to play. USC just signed two transfer SGs; UCLA is out of scholarships. CAL is wide open. St Marys and the Zags have zero scholarships. We should have a chance at Baker.

now this is a transfer i could get behind. doubt he comes here now. Does your doubt stem from the addition of our newest player (Pulliam)? If so...provided he was really a top player at a top school...then he should have no problem beating out a JC player for floor time...so why would it matter at all to him who we just signed?

It would help us immensely if Jaden would make his decision with regards to Sueing and Baker.

It would help us immensely if Jaden would make his decision with regards to Sueing and Baker. I think Jaden is looking at his best option, meaning which of the 5 schools open minutes, full roster, a proven coach who can win. I wouldnt doubt that the wait continues through May into June.

Yes but we’d be very thin next year Not really. Guards: Flynn, Feagin, Pulliam, Seiko Wings: Schakel, Mitchell Forwards: N Mensah, Narain, J Mensah, Arop, Johnson That's 2-deep at every position.

Th odd's makers have Washington #1, Kentucky #2 and SDSU #3. UCLA is out Texas a dark horse.

believe Baker and Matt M were team mates in HS - does that help or hinder the situation

If Jaden doesn't commit, Jermal and Justice would be a nice pairing. But we would need to get through this season without a seasoned Big Guy, besides Nolan. We still could use a solid grad transfer who could play 20+ minutes as a 4 or 5 and take up space in the middle. McD leaves a hole that isn't filled yet.

To be honest I don't remember Baker, he must have jumped on the Kentucky offer quickly as I can't recall an agonizingly long-ass thread about him.
