First the (ahem) alleged domestic violence incident late one night in a San Francisco hotel with a woman who was not his wife, while working for a Catholic school.
And now it appears he may have been pocketing money on the side.
Will Rodney Terry keep Smith on staff?
[EDIT: Lamont Smith gone from UTEP. At 43 years old he needs to find a new career.]

The Scam being run was two pieces: 1. Lowering of entrance requirements for certain students. 2. Either taking advantage of ADA accommodations or outright test fraud to attain certain test scores. Makes you wonder, with what did backs got scratched with in return.

Why would Smith agree do the shady without compensation in exchange?
If not money, then something...maybe out-of-town hookers?
