If he doesn't go to the NBA, he'd make a terrific "consolation prize" if we don't get Jaden...

He will probably go pro. He would have to be a Grad transfer and initiate contact with SDSU. I haven't seen anywhere that is a thing he is interested in doing, so I would say he is a much longer shot than Jaden because at least Jaden has said he is interested in playing at SDSU.

Has anyone seen him in a mock draft? His draft stock is going to depend partially on wowing scouts at the combine - they really need to see how he plays against other talented players.

He's currently not on any mock drafts.

He's one of Clint Parks' guys. IF no NBA AND grad transfer eligible, I'd say SDSU would be the favorite, and by a decent margin.

Maybe, having a 6 figure a year living overseas isn't bad, he's definitely not getting more than a summer league deal tho

I wouldn't be so sure, only around 80 players get invites yearly

I wouldn't be so sure, only around 80 players get invites yearly I was at the game on Tuesday, watched Pt Loma defeat St Martins to advance to the final 8 Div 2 NCAA tourney. Here’s my Dalton Hommes evaluation. He’s 6-8, bouncy and handles the ball like a guard. The game was pretty close but he managed to hit 3 or 4 clutch 3s in crunch time, most with a hand in his face anywhere 3-6 feet behind the 3 point line. He plays and scores within the offense as is demanded by the Pt Loma coaches and offensive philosophy. Very good shooter, can elevate to get his jump shot off at any time, he has a very soft touch and plays with fluidity, balance and high IQ. Finished with 25 points which I believe was almost half of the teams total points. I would love to see what he’s capable of if he was turned loose. Very high ceiling IMO.

Jalen McDaniels was at the game too, guessing they are friends since both have worked out with Clint Parks.

Is him coming to SDSU at all realistic?

Is him coming to SDSU at all realistic? Depends on what he's hearing from NBA scouts. If they're somewhat skeptical based on level of competition, then yes... there's a definite chance he decides to do a grad transfer, and SDSU would be a very reasonable possibility. If he feels confident about being drafted, then probably not.

All long shots but could you see him with both Mc Daniels Brothers along with Mensah, the new guards ...Wow ! If Dutch could make the pieces fit we would be really good.

Is him coming to SDSU at all realistic? Just speculating but I think we would have a decentish shot. The nba isn't going to happen straight out of D2, his season was very good but not dominating, and he isn't even the best division 2 NBA prospect. He'll grad transfer, his number one goal like most college basketball players will be to go to the NBA. So he'll want a big role and to be guarenteed starting minutes, SDSU could offer both, other mid to low level pac 5 schools maybe could too but clint parks is a advantage for us here.

Cool, sounds intriguing. I’m on the east coast now so hadn’t heard anything about this kid. This appears to be the kind of opportunity we have to cash in on if there is interest from the player. A transfer in the backyard that already has NBA consideration.

This made me smile. Posters are actually speculating on what the starting lineup might look like if we got all these guys. But like the song says: Dream on; dream until your dreams come true. (Pretty good song by the way)
