My reply from Mike May:
Thanks for your interest in San Diego State Basketball. I was wondering the same thing but have not been successful in tracking down an answer to that question.
I reached out to some of the national folks and have not found anyone who keeps this particular stat.
Sorry I was not able to assist with this question. Hopefully, we will have more runs like this in the future.
- Mike

in the "old days" a 20+ point run was normal and expected Nope, they didn't score reliably enough for that to happen. They did have 7 and 10 point runs relatively regularly though, due to the stifling defense and live ball turnovers.

in the "old days" a 20+ point run was normal and expected The 2010-2011 team had several runs around this amount. Not sure if better than 23-0, but probably some 20-0, 25-2, etc...

I think several 20-something to four or five point runs... but 20+ vs. zilch, no... not in my recollection!

The 2010-11 team was so good they didn't need to make 20-0 runs because they were usually ahead. They only lost three games the whole season!

Believe we were 7 of 10 during the 23-0 run . They were 0 for 7 . Outrebounded them by 6 so no second chance points - made some threes and all of our FT's - they had no FT's
