He broke laws. Got caught. Don’t try to diminish it. Maybe he should retain his job if he took 1/4 of a million dollars for personal issues. The republicans control ethics committee is investigating him. Theft isn’t a partisan issue. As I asked before, where is the demand for following and ENFORCING the rule of law when it comes to things not related to GOP politicians like illegal immigration, IRS scandal, Clintonistas, Spying on American for the Democrats, etc? Sure, slap his wrist like they do Rosie O'donnell for violating campaign finance law, for Rev Sharpton for tax evation, like Hillary and her server while claiming to be too stupid to live, etc. Stay on topic please. This is not about changing the subject. Others do good and bad, on both sides. This person returned money after being caught, blamed his wife, and lied about donating to wounded warriors. Why would you support him? This might be hard, but try to not switch the topic in your answering. Thanks in advance.

It looks like some don't necessarily believe what comes out of our DoJ as they have previously been seen to be biased and corrupt when it comes to going after Republican politicians. While "guilty until proven innocent", it seems, is the legal standard for the left, it looks like his constituents don't necessarily go that way. '

So obviously he thinks he made a mistake. Paul Ryan agrees. Neither are in the DOJ or on the left. Therefore you comment regarding corruption of the DOJ don’t apply to those actions/admissions

Therefore you comment regarding corruption of the DOJ don’t apply to those actions/admissions Apparently your reverence for Paul Ryan isn't necessarily a big thing to his constituents. Hillary made a mistake that put her afoul of the law (for anyone but her that is), admitted it as well yet her exoneration was written before they even interviewed her. Double standards are not lost on everybody. The timing of the indictment was not lost either. Just like the timing of the attempted Kavanaugh hit, that awoke the GOP base in the Red States that likely cost the Democrats control the Senate. So I don't see why you don't think the timing of the DoJ hit on Hunter, the history of their unfairness toward GOP pols wouldn't have awaken the GOP base in Hunter's district.
