He is on fire at the start of the AAU Season, by the end of summer a top recruit "An intriguing as a prospect is his upside. But, he's not purely and upside guy and is already really good. Arizona, Texas, Washington, San Diego State and Oklahoma have all offered and more are likely to be on the way very soon." Ranks #45 on Rivals.

Was this copied correctly, or is the writer just this awful?

the higher he goes up the ratings board the harder it will be for us to sign him .

the higher he goes up the ratings board the harder it will be for us to sign him . Not really. His interest in SDSU is 2-fold: 1) the opportunity to play with his brother, assuming he stays 2 more years, and/or 2) he's seen what SDSU coaches have done for his brother and the improvement he's made, and how they've put him on a path to the NBA. That's not changing the higher rated he gets. He's been highly regarded for several years now.

the higher he goes up the ratings board the harder it will be for us to sign him . If UNLV can recruit top talent...certainly SDSU can too...we're on the map...and a destination school...which is why we're a Jumpman college...time to drop the small man thinking...it hinders.....

agree Jalen's positive experience here sure helps . But it is difficult to compete with the Blue Blood schools on recruiting and who get guys quickly to the NBA. Maybe things can change - we do need to add some one that has ties nation wide
UNLV uses its connections nation wide to bring guys here. Nevada has been bringing them to their school from all over hired HC from LSU ......
I hope we can get it done with our new staff - all about the results

I don't think we need to have updates every time Clint Parks hypes up his boys.

Tro OUt Nothing against McDaniels, sounds like Mr Clint has worked out all the other prospects right? Just kidding of course, we could use Jalen this year so really hoping he comes back and improves over the offseason once again.

endlessmotor.net/2018/05/06/seattle-wing-jaden-mcdaniels-trending-toward-elite-status-after-a-dominant-april-as-powerhouse-programs-emerge-in-his-recruitment/McDaniels’ current offer list includes Texas, Oklahoma, Arizona, Washington, San Diego State, Oregon, Montana and Howard. Getting interest from Michigan, Gonzaga, Colorado and UCLA, and Texas, Oklahoma, Washington, Michigan and Arizona are the schools he is hearing from the most right now. I dont see SDSU in the current mix; however, he has attended many games at Viejas and is working out with Clint Parks, in So Cal with big brother Jalen.

High praise from very service. Even ESPN is writing about this Jaden. We really could use him in Red & Black.

Tearing it up this weekend, sounds like Jaden has many choices beyond the Mesa.
