Nice get. Late riser. Track guy. Fast. Getting strong looks from UW and even UCLA. I do worry if UCLA does offer we might be in trouble, but good to have him.
Next 3+ weeks are going to get crazy.

For 2016 we're thin at WR with Holder the only guy making plays. This kid has the hight, speed (4.4) and hands. He should make an impact.
The last WR recruit with 4.4 speed didn't make the first day of school last season.

Looks extremely fast and shifty, however I don't think he sees the field next year. He definitely has to bulk up to play college football. Even in the conference we play in, safeties would absolutely kill him if he stays that skinny. Still a great get though!
I wonder what his actual height is, I see him listed at 5'11, 6'1, and 6'2.

To me it does not matter how tall he is or his weight , if he can Catch / Hang unto the ball , run decent routes, does not fumble, has toughness , then he is a player . DP has been a prime example , running and catching the ball . Az- Hakim ? Would also suggest we drop comment about his last name and doing well in school . hope we have gone past that part of stereo types .
In the stretch drive of recruiting . think the strong play of our QB's in MW conference play ,MW Championship game and H Bowl victory could help . Finishing as they call it in sports.

What I like about him after watching this short video is he looks the ball into his hands, and then takes off. He turns a lot of short passes into long gains. Just like many of our great WR's in the past use to do. If, you can play well it doesn't matter if you're 5'6", or 7' 2" because you will help the team! Just like Pumphrey has done the past three years!

So he'll have been committed for 2 weeks before decommitting. Hopefully there's another WR we are interested in.

Why commit if you're going to flip. Kids are ridiculous.

as we know from experience , numerous guys will "safety " commit to a G5 school , then if a P5 school they had hoped would offer they may reconsider and go for the P5 . So he may not be the last recruit to flip to another school or we may get one to flip here ? Gets very interesting in the last few weeks before 2.3.16 NLI day .
We do have 2 HS recruits that have verbal commits . Both 6'4" . In addition we have returning WR's :Holder, Mills , Judge , Chase F, Clewis, Anderson , some guys who red shirted or saw little action ; Chaney , Rose and Dodds .
With DP, Penny , Stamps , Washington , team could line up any of them in the slot . Or move Richardson from TE to WR - he is the most athletic of the TE's .

Well, if kids don't choose us in the beginning, it's always smart to keep the door open if they should decide to come back (as a transfer or graduate transfer). Don't stop showing them the love because they can always change their minds again.

So he may not be the last recruit to flip to another school or we may get one to flip here ? Gets very interesting in the last few weeks before 2.3.16 NLI day . Not just G5's, but many P5's. Many will plant their flag at a Oregon or Washington St, waiting on the elusive offer from Oregon & Washington respectively. WSU had 10+ guys decommit the last 2 weeks prior to LOID last year.
Decommiting is the trend, not the oddity any more. It would be shocking these days for a school, ANY school, not to lose 3-6 guys over the month prior to LOID. I actually believe our retention rate has been pretty good.
The flipside of the G5 equation you note is many will be early commits to P5 schools (e.g. back in Aug/Sept/Oct), only to be recruited over. Happens OFTEN every year. They go from getting the "love" at a camp in July/August & signing, to being "liked" or "courted" in Sept/October/November, to "where have the phone calls gone" come December/January. As a result, they'll start to believe they'll get their offer pulled or that they'd never get a chance to play, and be behind the curve when it comes to being recruited by other P5 schools - most who already have 20+ committed. They'll end up signing with a G5 who will give them the "love" again and tell them they're one of the "most valued kids in our class". That's when we're most likely to have a 4-star or high 3 fall into our laps (e.g. Tezino).
