Yup, heard about this last week on "that other board."
Guy is next up in a long tradition of NFL-caliber long-snappers on The Mesa.

We've had a great track record, landing top-tier long snappers.

Pardon me if I'm not thrilled with the addition of a long-snapper.....However, if I caught one out of the ocean that might be a different story.

Pardon me if I'm not thrilled with the addition of a long-snapper.....However, if I caught one out of the ocean that might be a different story. They're very important to the kicking game. If you're a believer that Special Teams generally help you either win or lose at least one game per season, making sure the ball gets cleanly into the punter or holder's hands for every kick is critical.

Long snappers are very important. I can't even remember the last time there was a bad snap on a punt of kick. What has it been 10 years?

Guess who recovered the fumble for the Aztecs last night .Was it the big O ? He gets down field quickly on punt coverage , another asset for a quality LS , in addition to avoiding not messing up snaps . Ask our punter , kicker and holder . But if it is screwed up , then you do hear his name ,
