I ordered a copy from the SDSU ticket office and got it yesterday in the mail. I recommend anybody who loves SDSU football to get one, if you haven't already. $15, mailed to my house and they threw in a couple posters on request. Great content and well put together. For all you collectors out there too, this could be a really cool piece one day if this does in fact become our "breakout year". Here's the poster, for those who may not have seen it: grfx.cstv.com/photos/schools/sdsu/sports/m-footbl/auto_original/8810538.jpeg?1435185697

It's not a wimpy magazine sized publication like the football yearbook that you can pick up at the stadium for free. It's big and thick. Very nice.

Nope don't think so gotta go there or perhaps they will mail you one. I have found it very useful in refitting some of the factually challenged posts here of late. Also sketches on virtually all players

That's what she said anyway… I saw it on Friday afternoon when I went to the Ticket Office to pick up my pint glasses. Should'a picked one up (along with the posters of the FB and Women's soccer team - and a few magnet schedules)

Although I agree, it's very much like Phil Steele's mag in that a significant amount is just an updated rehash of prior media guides. I therefore only purchase them about every 5 yrs.

Granted, the historical data doesn't change, except for the addition of the previous year. But, it is convenient having it all in one spot.

Although I agree, it's very much like Phil Steele's mag in that a significant amount is just an updated rehash of prior media guides. I therefore only purchase them about every 5 yrs. Let me set it strait for you "AccessBowlNow". The Media Guides have exactly what they are suppose to have in them, all the info on the Aztec Football team, and of course they are updated every single year because they are an ongoing complete History of the Football program. They are not meant to be predictions of the upcoming season. They only give info on the teams which are scheduled for that particular season. What makes these Aztec Football Media guides so valuable is that they contain every bit of stats that a sports broadcaster needs to use when they are calling, and/or broadcasting a game. (That's why they call it the Media Guide because usually the media uses it for all their info. Duh, get it?!) All the won-loss records for every year is included along with the passing, rushing, receiving, kicking records, and all the players who ever wore an Aztec uniform. It is truly everything in Aztec Football from team History to record setting players, and coaches. So, if you want more info on other schools, and or predictions on conference finishes you then would buy a mag like Phil Steele's, or Lindy's. I've enjoyed the Aztec Football media guide so much (because of the History) I buy one every year. The price is very reasonable, and I also get one for Aztec Basketball.
