Somebody check with Adam Muema. Oh wait, sorry. Wow... Repeated pattern... Adam Muema 2.0. Hope the kid is alright... MBB's Broderick Jones is probably the 1st indication of a pattern that may or may not be supported by the actions of FB's Holmes

If he doesn't want to be here he can sit out the year. You don't get to sign with some one hoping you uakify the. Go somewhere else if you do.

Per a close source to him, he is fine. No football talk to share though.

I don't have that info, just conveying he is ok and not truly MIA.

To be quite honest, I'm far more worried about the kid as a person than as a SDSU football player. I read somewhere that his legal guardians didn't know what was going on. To me this is rather bothersome. You have a young man who çan significantly improve the trajectory of his life and for reasons unknown, he is bypassing that opportunity. And I'm not talking about football. It apparently sounds like there is not much of a family structure for the young man - hopefully I am wrong about that - but I wish our coaches would become proactive and try to actively coerce him to go to college.
I don't care if he ever plays a down of football for us, but I'd like to see this kid on our campus, or anyone's, gaining knowledge, improving himself, and becoming a productive, contributing member of society because I believe that all of us would benefit.
I am making some extrapolations/interpretations from media reports about his personal life that may be inaccurate so my apologies in advance if I am off-base in any way.

No one knows if he finished his summer courses and is qualified. Not even the coaching staff. The coaches can obtain that info through his high school. If the session is over and with parental approval. They can't reach the kid or his guardians, and the article specifically says they don't know his status. We will find out in the next week. If all is well it will still take time to get him cleared in time to practice, which is sneaking up.

All he has to do is graduate high school with a good enough gpa.It is easy to tell if someone graduates they have you pick up the diploma on stage no asking parents necessary.
