Debate over? Not by a long shot it isn't. Very serious flaws are already becoming evident, and Obama's I'm-the-President-and-I-can-change-the-law-all-by-myself tactics have only delayed some very nasty bumps in the road we are going to run into soon. Perhaps land mines would be more accurate than mere bumps. Remember Roe v. Wade? That was supposed to have settled the issue of abortion, and over 40 years later there is still very acrimonious (sometimes violent) conflict over the question. In the same fashion, the ACA (badly written, passed with a very tricky parliamentary gimmick, and based on foolish assumptions) cannot stand as is. We will be trying to straighten this all out for decades. Some Democrats say "Fix it, don't junk it." Fine. Have you every heard or read any Democrat, from the POTUS on down, say what changes they will support? No, you have not, because they have no intention of changing anything. A collapsing health care system will not allow that stonewalling to continue forever. Read this. I especially ask you to check our what H & R Block says about the subsidies. nationalinterest.org/feature/americas-obamacare-nightmare-just-beginning-13191AzWm

This issue is far from settled. Now it is time for the GOP to go to work on crafting a solution. Get busy now and don't wait till you are under the gun.

Obamneycare is a fact. Next issue. ObamaCare is far from perfect but much better than the alternative prior to its implementation. Now if the Pubs can come up with a better plan, so much the better. Of course, my definition of a 'better plan' is universal single payer like Medicare.
