Not sure how many have been following ESPNs series on 2016 recruiting, but if you're an insider it provides decent insight into how the top 50 programs (projected 2015) are setting up moving forward, and who they see as their primary targets for the 2016 class. SDSU (#33) is scheduled to be reviewed in a couple weeks.
Utah has been reviewed, and today Boise St was reviewed. Don't think it provides any earth shattering information, but the one thing I've taken away from it is that there are several programs in worse shape than we are moving forward. Yea, we may need to sign 4 for 2016, and yea we may need a big, but we're FAR from alone & FAR from being in a desperate situation.
BSU has 5 seniors this year, plus may lose Webb to the pro's. They also have zero commitments for 2016, and this is a good program. They've identified their primary targets as Humphries, McLaughlin & McGuisty. Would be interesting if Humphries goes to Boise & Narain to SDSU...
Utah needs 4, and has no commitments as well.
We're fine.
Anyway, some good stuff.
