No need to troll people. There is enough legitimate information out there, such as Goldman Sachs' willingness to bank a Chargers-to-LA move. Florio has been mostly garbage on this topic, and it makes absolute sense that he is being fed information by Fabiani, who has been dishonest throughout. Then again, maybe he has other sources. Hardly trolling. I have no idea what Florio's credentials are. I just posted a link to what I heard on the radio this morning. Those guys seemed to take him serious. But, in obvious fashion, Chargers backers (which I am one to a certain extent) debunk it steadfastly without even considering he MAY be right. Watching Chargers fans is like watching someone walk on hot coals. You have to realize what Fabiani is. He's a political strategist and "crisis management expert". He manipulates the media to influence the public (and the NFL) to produce the desired outcome for his client, in this case Spanos. Everything he is doing is to convince the NFL that the Chargers must get to LA to survive and to convince the public that they are winning the race to LA. It's already been determined that Fabiani sends out "information" to media members and those media members publish that information and citing Fabiani as a "source", "insider" or "NFL executive". And it's not difficult to tell which media members are in Fabiani's hip pocket: Sileo, Florio, Vincent Bonsignoire, Jason Cole, etc. All these guys are not very credible sources and they're pretty desperate to either put their name out there or desperate for ratings. Why is that Spanos hired a guy like Fabiani, who is a paid liar and manipulates the media, and not a guy who has a track record to get stadiums done? That should speak to Spanos's true agenda.

I wonder if the poll results (currently, 50.59% Yes) would be different if the question was posed "Do you want (your favorite team) to stay (in their/your current hometown)?"
I suspect quite a few of the Spanos haters / transplants would see why some of us want to keep our team we've supported from diaper days to diaper days if their team/town was substituted to be relocated.

I think they went to the wrong site. They should have gone to the area in Inglewood between Hollywood Park and The Forum.

FYI - @shotgunspr: Pat Haden said he really believes there will be one, if not two, NFL teams coming in 2016.

"Miklasz couches his report by saying most of what he’s heard is speculative, with no sources willing to go on record." Gotta love journalism these days. Also in the same article: "My take: Although the reports are speculative, they further emphasize that there’s no clear solution for a team relocating to Los Angeles, which is why it makes sense for the NFL to consider waiting another year for more clarity in the home markets."

Gotta think Mark Davis will do what's necessary to keep his team. Which means he will play ball with the NFL and bow out of Carson with the understanding that by so doing the league will pitch in big time to either get a new stadium built in Oakland or facilitate his move to StL.
