Please find me the a-hole that was joking about that. That's not even remotely funny. C'mon. It's remotely funny. Are you that uptight that joking about the size of the courts gets your panties in that much of a bunch? OK, I was the a-hole joking about it in the original thread, OK? Or one of them anyways. Does that unbunch my panties for you? Didn't think I'd need to spell it out.

Saw it yesterday as they were bringing in the new floor - place looks awesome! Bigger than I expected it to be - perhaps because it's empty , 2 full courts easily fit along with baskets on the sides.
Nice recruiting tool -

Sure hope whom ever is in charge of Promoting the JAM center , has the TV cameras from as many locations as possible local and if they can get it to other areas of the state and country, would be great . Fox Sports San Diego Show ? Could really help in recruiting players for 2016 , 2017 .... Also interesting if they could get some former Aztecs there also , plus Major Thank you to all sponsors.

When the JAM Center is finished I think Zylan will basically live there for the next 4 years. Wouldn't be surprised if Zylan lives in there until next April, then moves into a bigger house.

Why would they be showing the opening of the JAM Center in other parts of the state and country???....Do you really think anyone outside of San Diego would care??

Every thing positive helps recruiting and we are recruiting in various areas of CA and in other states . Brand New State of the Art Facility sure helps . We are battling for numerous recruits, transfers... and this can only help . So getting this out to as many different parts of the media and social media does help . both local and in other areas . Cage, Bailey , Narain, ( his team mate Humphries and Cyrus ) ..... plus the 2017 guys show we are right there for facilities . Also to donors who can still help , plus prime time moments for Dave

A lot of universities have construction webcams on their facilities available on their athletics webpage. Perhaps that was their gist?

Unless they're a SDSU fan or alumnus they wouldn't care, and any recruit will either see it in person on a visit and/or would get an email from a coach with a 360-degree look at the facility and more personalized contact than via TV cameras (or even a construction webcam).

I gotta tell ya, I'm a FOOL for the construction webcam. Love watching progress of facilities. Some on-going projects include. Cincinnati's Nippert Stadium. Kyle Field @a&M, Folsom Field in Boulder, and our own JAM Center. I watched TCU, Baylor, Florida Atlantic, and Houston stadiums go up start to finish. On the pro side of things, google the Vikings' new digs. That is gonna be a gem.

Seems like nothing is happening every time I drive by and hardly anyone is even in sight. Then you take a different path for a few days and when you return there's a new building and a freshly paved lot.

Time lapse videos over the course of a week, month or the entire project is great; watching stationary live construction cams....snzzzzzz unless someone is dangling from scaffold or something, or some eagle is building a nest right in front of the camera. Those can be interesting...IMO.
Of course maybe some people enjoy grass growing cam's? ; )

Time lapse requires editing time - feel free to record the web cam & edit it - then post it.
Or continue to talk $#!+ about a free service & criticize like usual.

Wow. It sounds even better than I imagined it would. And the best part -- "They measured it. Fit. Barely." Yea!

Unbelievable, the JAM center is going to be a game changer!!! We've always had the D, now we should have the O to balance it out, and at the start of the season. Not towards the usual season end.

Nice article and great to hear they were able to do everything they wanted. Bet Wicker is bummed he won't be around for the opening, but glad it was at least close before he left.

This article made me very happy, glad that bids came in low and they were able to add in the all bells and whistles that they wanted. Verrrry cool, big for the program.

Where is Wicker going? He's now at Georgia Tech. Tough to take the south out of a southern boy I guess. Closer to home and a good opportunity... : )
Going to be tough to replace.
