Howard made the first USA BB U16 roster cut from 33 to 17. The final 12-man roster will be announced prior to the team leaving to Argentina and the 2015 FIBA Americas U16 Championship.
The kid also picked up offers from IU and Marquette in the last couple days. He is the real deal at 5'11".

A scoring machine. Hopefully, he likes playing tough defense just as much.

I am rarely impressed with a "mix tape", but his stood out to me. I love how aggressive he is and the speed he plays at. This kid would be a difference maker and would have carte Blanche at the position we desperately need filled for years to come. He would/could start from day 1. I would think he is giving the Aztecs a serious look.
