Nice Award. Nice praise for the Aztecs. Should help recruit long and athletic guys who want to be defensive stoppers. Go Kawhi Go Aztecs

NBA Champion, NBA Finals MVP, DPOY so next up is? NBA All-Star? I think that he has a shot at 3rd team possibly even second team all NBA. He is doing things his own way. Normally, a player makes an All-Star game before accomplishing the other things.

NBA Champion, NBA Finals MVP, DPOY so next up is? NBA All-Star? NBA All star is a big step down compared to those other three awards. The only thing that is above what he has already won, is more finals championships and NBA player of the year, and of course pairing those championships with finals mvps.

Normally, a player makes an All-Star game before accomplishing the other things. He should be a lock for 3rd team. Outside shot at 2nd team. Kawhi should finish in top 10 voting for MVP as well.

I was in a work meeting at the office when this was announced. When I got back to my desk and saw this I audibly got excited and my boss came to ask what was going on.
Today is a good day.

Who was the coach that taught Kawhi those defensive skills I wonder?? Another championship just might lock in that max contract for Leonard.

I hear Jimmer is a lock for 27th team All-NBA That would make him starter material, so doubt it... Closer to 62nd team.

I think I'm going to name my first born Kawhi Beginning with the high school class of ~ 2030... I'm guessing we'll start seeing Top 100 recruit lists that include a few kids named Kawhi.
