Not saying he's a fit for us, but was more highly decorated teammate of Allen and Williams so curios if it might entice one of them to transfer with him and play together again?
With Johnson,NWG and another UW lost 3 players today. Either Romar is cleaning house or they running for the hills.

Strange how fast things turn. after sdsu played Washington the first time last year, he was asked about D'erryl and DakaraI committing to us and him going to UW. He said he felt they rushed their decision ( both committed on their official visit). He sounded confident in his decision in choosing UW.

In high school he was best player on that team. Not sure what has changed ....attitude or work ethic. He has all the tools though. I'm thinking big west (lbsu) or a school like Nevada

I'm pretty sure he was the SG SDSU wanted when they recruited Williams & Allen out of Sheldon H.S.

Correct he was the SG , top scorer on that SAC team . DW was the PG , DA the SF . plays more offense then D . Would be interesting to find out what he said to his former team mates when we beat them , then when they beat us. Believe he came to visit with his team mates , but felt he wanted a PAC team .So told the SDSU coaches no thank you. He would have to sit 2015-16 with scholarship , then have 2 years to play starting in 2016-17 season . So MS's senior year , TK Junior , also we have K. Smith 6'7" SG/ SF coming in 2016.
He could select numerous other schools in MW , WCC , or if he has AAU contacts , anywhere . Do not see him the fit ,with timing as it is for the Aztecs , scholarships ...., players .

I think he was our #1 target for a SG in that recruiting cycle. If he'd be willing/able to walkon during his redshirt season then great, but I think our one open schollie right now will probably go elsewhere.

Don't know if DJ transferring would have any influence on DA & DW; but, any two of those guys would be a real coup for around half of the D1 programs in the country.

Unfortunately, I think we are discovering that the Sheldon trio were much stronger playing together. Divided = not as strong.

I know it's all water under the bridge but I always thought he was a bit put off by the attention the Hamilton's were getting and assumed the Hamilton's were a lock at SDSU and saw no spot for himself so WA & Romar it was! JMO
