Freshman PG Dantley Walker didn't play much this year but the UNLV board seemed to like the kid and are not happy he is leaving, only a 2-star player but yet another kid out the door, how is it this program keeps attracting top 50 recruits by the bunch with half the team leaving each year?
I get it that this kid was going to have trouble getting floor time, but it is crazy at UNLV.

UNLV has had 16 guys leave the program in the last 4 years, between Freshman and Senior years. 17 if Woods leaves. 16 guys who left either for the NBA, Transfer, Dismissed or Left the team.
I've never seen such a Chun Rate, especially when guys leave early and end up a bust or in the D League.
BTW, the Aztecs lost 2 guys in the same period. James Johnson as a 5th year and LaBradford to CSULA.

I work with Alec's dad now. Sent from my SM-G900V using proboards Nice Two questions: 1. How does he feel about SDSU? 2. How is Alec doing?

I work with Alec's dad now. Sent from my SM-G900V using proboards Nice Two questions: 1. How does he feel about SDSU? 2. How is Alec doing? According to his dad he is doing great. Playing professional in Germany and loving it. It seems he has no ill will towards sdsu. It was just a matter of getting some playing time. His dad had suggested slimming down and playing the 2 instead of backing up at power forward. His dad has nothing but praise for the program. Sent from my SM-G900V using proboards

How does UNLV attract prime recruits? Well, first off it's Vegas. Second, admission requirements are low. Third, who wouldn't want to play for Dave Rice.
Ok ok....two out of three's not bad, right?
