When are they going to update the Business building? That thing was a mess in the mid 90s.

About time Engineering gets some love. An old smelly building tucked way in the back where many people have never seen it. Took many useless classes like Natural Disasters to have better scenery.

And this is related to Aztecs sports how? its a response to those who don't believe SDSU has any resources to acquire the Q site and expand the campus or to build an on campus stadium. I was think along those lines as well. A little real leadership up on the Mesa and we would have plans and resources to build what we want. I just hope it is at Qualcomm and not on The Mesa.

And this is related to Aztecs sports how? Why does it have to relate to Aztecs sports? It's clearly related to San Diego State University, and most of us care about SDSU beyond just sports...

And this is related to Aztecs sports how? Though likely unintended, this, by contradistinction, illustrates vividly the paucity of concern and expenditure on the football program.

And this is related to Aztecs sports how? A coach giving a recruit a tour of a beautiful and modern campus VS A coach giving a recruit of a campus with old run down campus. It is pretty damn obvious how this is sports related. And that is just one of the many things that makes this sports related. The quality of our campus, helps with the attraction to recruits.

talked with numerous students , in their opinion there needs to be more buildings on campus for additional class rooms and teachers. Also put money into more security for the students , The need to put a FB stadium on the campus - low if any at all , the Q is fine for those who want to go to games.

Talked with some San Diego tax payers, in their opinion there needs to be improvements to the roads and schools. They were also concerned about water access and public safety -- low on their list of concerns was a new stadium (if at all) ... they felt the Q was fine for the Chargers and those that want to go to games. When pressed about the best use of limited tax payer resources: a) $550M for convention center expansion b) $1B for a new football stadium to replace the Q c) $250M for desalination & water reclamation projects to increase water supply in San Diego Most said "C" and a few pointed out that for the cost of "B" you could get both "A" & "C"

would have appreciated the pay off during the conversations that I had at the Spring Football game that I had with football parents and others . how they like the Q , and do not feel a facility is needed on campus , must have missed you where where you sitting?.
Same thing echoed by fellow fans/ students at all the basketball games . We need the SDSU money to go for student class room buildings , class rooms , student housing , more teachers and safety on campus , do not need a football stadium on campus .

No all of us stayed in our seats for the whole practice game . Major point from the parents of the players , use the money to improve things on the football team on the field to get results .Also, Go out in the communities to get grass roots support for the team not spend money on an on campus facility . Asked their opinion of their thoughts of the AD , and President . They felt there were there when needed, told them things honestly not a lot of BS , they did not like Toledo , felt the new offensive coaches will make a difference in a very positive way.

In no version of this board & its predecessors has talking about SDSU non-sports activities ever been considered "off-topic." Read the next line of the title of the forum... "Everything of interest to the SDSU community - Aztec Talk."SMH.
