if you miss Aztec basketball that much there is a partial cure this weekend for you if you don't mind driving around 120 miles. X Thames and Jamaal Franklin play each other at the Toyota Sports Center in El Segundo tomorrow Friday the 27th at 7pm and Saturday the 28th at 6:30pm. X Thames plays for the visiting team the Fort Wayne Mad Ants and Jamaal plays for the LA Defenders

Tickets start at $25 I believe



X is starting to play well 
and Jamaal is the #2 NBA prospect in the NBA D League

X Thames is averaging 7.5 points per game , 2.1 assists per game and 0.9 steals per game. He is shooting 43%
And of course his turnovers are very low at 0.8 in about 21 minutes per game and only 1.1 fouls

By the way Jamaal had another Triple Double for the LA Defenders last night   11 pts , 12 rebounds and 10 assists

I thought the exact same thing.

I was picturing a beautiful blonde in a swimsuit, complete with a crown and a sash reading "San Diego State Aztecs".....but, alas, it was something else.

But, I can dream, can't I??
