New mex also has Elijah Brown from Mater Dei and Butler available, he should make a difference in the MWC.

Would guess the list gets even longer as MM starts to wind down . Coaches go to MM to ask fellow coaches or others about some of the names on the waiver wire / transfer list .
First Aztec coaches need to find out what players we may have that may be on the list if any ? Also try to find out what WS has decided to do . Hope MP has firmed up the idea of coming back . So the coaches know what they may need .

Here's another very solid scorer who is eligible immediately:
Lots of folks on Twitter already connecting the dots to Maryland, though. He's from Baltimore, Maryland recruited him before, they need a scorer, etc.

Damion Lee is exactly the type of player we need. A good shooter who can score. Too bad he's from the east coast and we have no ties to him.

believe a former 2016 ASU recruit , B. Bailey 4* was on campus today , #78 on Rivals , 6'7" .
the waiver wire for transfers should really expand very soon , but agree with those that say grad transfer looks best , if not hold on to the scholarships for 2016 class if the coaches think we can sign the quality guys for 2016 .

Would seem to be important for the staff to get a solid idea of what guys are coming back to SDSU or moving on . So they know the needs of the 2015-16 team . With Q's about forwards MP , WS , DA and even the potential of 2015- PF/C - BJ , seems he may need to redshirt in 2015 ? that could be a need for the team . Also did some one post, possible 2016 recruit NN , C/PF . May try to reclassify for 2015 ? the staff will be in the area so maybe some chat time. If all the guys come back that would be scholarship number 13 for 2015 . So first know who we have and the needs for 2015-16 .

I don't think we are going after a #5 Graduate Transfer when we have 2 seniors already playing that position. They will have to pick up their scoring and rebounding some. Maybe go after a Freshman/Soph, if there is quality player available....he could then sit out 1 and then play 2-3 years, if no quality available, go the route coaches are now, after a high schoolers.
If Tollefsen wants to come here.....Im all over that. If Narain wants to come here.....Im all over that also. I would opt for Option #2.... Narain and Tollefsen. If they say no to us....go get the best we can.......In Fish I trust doing this.

IMO if Winston comes back then it means Aztecs could give a very good look at J. Williams III , 6'9" or the best C/PF option or even a SF . We would be losing both 5's Chol / Spencer . Shepard PF and Malik SF so there will be the need for a major reload on the front line . JW3 would have to sit in 2015-16 but ready to play in 16-17 season .
If Winston does not come back then we need the grad transfer Tollefsen (sp) or some for 2015-16 also.
Would also be helpful if Narain lets the staff know where he is at with the Aztecs for 2015 or 2016 .?
The key is what Winston does . Believe he may need to make decision by April 26 th .

Is it me, but I don't see the benefit of Shep leaving as a Junior? he's not on the Draft Board and would have to be FA play D league or some where else. With UNLV reloaded, UNM coming back and Drmic in Boise, we need him at the Mesa. I assume he is close in getting his degree too. Why leave for free agency?

I agree Shep would be much better off coming back next year . Get his degree and probably get drafted.
