Interesting article. I will be waiting for the outcome. I can see it both ways to varying degrees. I would have to agree with you. A prospective employer CANNOT inquire about the applicant's religion at ANY time except if it is a religious organization. However, the employer could have said that if she was hired, the wearing of a headscarf would be against the company's "look" policy. She then would have had the opportunity to mention that she wore the scarf for religious purposes.
