64-59 Fresno. Take care of business Aztecs and we're back on top of the mountain!

Fresnos RPI is now under 200, at 195.
Helps us a lot as they are no longer a bad loss.

Wyoming lost because they couldn't do what the Aztecs have done 140 times in a row.

Now a win on Saturday cliches at least a share of the MW Championship

That game could add 3-1 to 100-199 record, remove 1-1 from 200-299, and remove 2-0 from 50-99

Wyoming lost because they couldn't do what the Aztecs have done 140 times in a row. Padres are known for great closers but the Aztecs have them beat.

Fresnos RPI is now under 200, at 195. Helps us a lot as they are no longer a bad loss. This shows my issue with how RPI is utilized. We stick teams in RPI groups based on arbitrarily round numbers and attach value regardless of where you place in that band. A loss to the 200th team is bad, but to 195 is okay? As if there is some massive difference.

What a wacky season for Fresno St. They lose to frikkin Marist in OOC. Then become giant killers (SDSU, BSU, Wyoming) in MWC conference play.
At this juncture, Fresno St. is not in the MWC play-in game. UNLV and New Mexico are. Who would've thunk it when conference play started?
But...this kind of stuff is what makes this the most wonderful time of the year!

Most important Aztecs still need to win all remaining conference games. BSU game is vital other wise they have tie breaker . So loss at Fresno not as bad, but win at Wyoming not as good . Nance not able to play at full strength really hurts the Slow Pokes..
