With SS/AC graduating , we are going to need a guy that wants to play the 5 . I do not know what position the coaches think BJ will be playing in 2016.

Jones will be at the 5 position if Cage says he's playing 4.Besides Jones will be 6-10 or 6-11 235 at that time perfect for the center position.

Wow - Kentucky is first with 7 of the top 18 guys for 2016 (include #1 & #2 - plus 2nd on the #3 guy) Wow! Solid.
Obviously a LONG ways to go but always fun to see, even if subjective. Would love to get #36 & #57 though!

All good players will also depend on our needs for 2016 . Besides SS/AC , will Malik be a superstar and gone after the 2015 season ? What guys from the current roster step up along with Helmsley and BJ ?

Has Cage 2.0 actually expressed interest to SDSU? Or is this just based on the fact that his dad went here and he plays in SoCal? I would love to see him in black and red, but I can't think of many NBA prospects who would choose SDSU over Kentucky.

Wiltjer left Kentucky for Gonzaga because it wasn't the right fit - not enough PT, and not his style. As noted, Kentucky could land 4-5 kids better than him, if not more. I'd guess Cage's decision would come down to a) whether he believed he'd get the PT he'd want/need to develop, and b) what he thinks of the "platoon" rotation & playing 20-25 minutes a day? Plus, will Calipari be around 2 more years? I actually see Arizona as the bigger threat, but you never know what goes on in the minds of a 17-year old?
Time will tell.
The fact we'll be opening up a brand new practice facility right before he commits doesn't hurt, but though to compete with the facilities at Kentucky & Arizona.

Where do you get the percentages? It is a subset of kenpom.com - it is a recruiting forecasting page may be subscription only... kenpom.com/recruit.php?y=2016BTW, a subscription to kenpom.com is only $20 a year and I find it very useful. I really don't even look at the advanced stats part, just good way to quickly look up schedules, past results, win probabilities, etc. This recruiting forecasting is new for this year.

Would guess how we finish this year and start out next year could be very important for our recruiting of the 2016 . New practice facility helps and if the recruits see that they can contribute on both sides of the court . As we can see it is important to have quality at every position . Also would be good if we are trying to recruit guys to play down low , we show that we can develop them .
I would guess as that is all we can really do that Cage because of his dad's connections has SDSU as one of his top 6 choices but is going to choose what ever school is best for him to get ready for the NBA . He will be looking at various things to see what is the best path for him . Every guy has different things they value . Does he look at track record for a staff , getting other PF 's to the NBA , the staff in general , PT as a first year player or second , doing well in MM, having a PG or Center to play with .... and the list goes on and changes

Seems like the only reason Zach Collins has UNM ahead of SDSU (according to this site) has to be because Cage is likely coming here so Collins won't get as much PT. It might sound small minded of me, but I just don't understand why anyone would choose UNM over SDSU outright

It might sound small minded of me, but I just don't understand why anyone would choose UNM over SDSU outright If Cage intends to play as a 4, Collins would have the inside track to the 5... I would think the prospect of playing as a front line starting tandem with Cage would be a good draw for him!

I update the list based on the latest projections. No real changes other than Cyrus/UNLV coming in to play.
