When Rocky Long's name is no longer associated with San Diego State Football. Hahaha. I was expecting you to say, "when geno torreta beat Marshall for the heisman." You are quite possibly the most miserable person on this board. You ask a stupid question, you'll get a stupid answer...even worse, why would I ever root for Gino over Marshall when San Diego State Football is my main concern? If I didn't care about the team, I wouldn't be so critical of Rocky. FYI, I chose to go to SDSU BECAUSE OF Marshall Faulk. Yes, as stupid as it sounds when it comes to choosing colleges, the biggest factor for me was coming to watch Marshall play in person every Saturday. I was blessed enough to see him on campus a few times, too.

Hopefully the boys can win you over this year with a few more wins.

So this wasn't a quality win for the Aztecs? Air Force came in 8-2. That's a good record. And they did what we couldn't this year - beat Boise. add Nevada to that list. Yeah, those are good wins for Air Force, and this was the very best game our team has played all year. Looks like they started hitting on all cylinders, and really put together a great game! Now, go take care of San Jose next week!

Anybody paying attention would have expected a win last night. Our boys delivered and looked good doing it. Rocky's defense has always been very effective against the option. It was nice to drink a beer with some fellow aztec fans and watch our team play well.

They beat an average team soundly, take it how you want. Their record is inflated cause of their schedule. If a team wins, then it wins. Those weak opponents you mention might have won instead, and then maybe you would say that their record had been inflated by beating weak teams such as AFA. If a team wins 8 of its first 10 games, they are having a good season. In Division I, most schools, even many with poor records do not always just roll over and play dead. Therefore, any DI school that is winning 3 our of every 4 games must be considered a worthy opponent. Frankly, I was worried that the Aztecs might NOT beat Air Force. Let's not diminish an Aztec win because the opponent has not played Ohio State, Alabama, Oregon, etc. AzWm

Rocky owns AF, and everybody else owns Rocky...even trade, huh? What is the happiest moment in your life? When Faulk ran and prior to that the Coryell years.
