Good question. We can still win the division if we go 2-0 while they both go 1-1.
At 4-6, Fresno would lose bowl eligibility after another loss, which would free up another MWC team (us) for a bowl. Fresno has Hawaii for their last game, which could be a close one.
Nevada plays at UNLV for their last game and should win that one handily.

If we don't win our last 2 games it won't make any difference!!!! If we win one and Fresno and Wyomng each lose one, we are going bowling, so not sure what you mean when you say we have to win both.

Fresno is in our division. We recruit against. We do not, I would think, want them to win.

Nevada is who we should be cheering for ... If UNR wins, SDSU will be in a bowl guaranteed. If Fresno wins, SDSU might not go bowling even with 7 wins.

UNR. They actually have a good team that deserves to represent the West. Fresno is a bad team and by far our most disappointing loss this year. I hope UNR eliminates the Dawgs and then we can cheer for UNLV in their rivalry game.
Either way, we need to take care of business against SJSU.
Go Aztecs!

Fresno is in our division. We recruit against. We do not, I would think, want them to win. This is true; yet Nevada is also in our division and we often go head to head with them for recruits. My question is: when is Nevada going to have a just a regular good QB and not an NFL prospect?

If we beat San Jose , but finish second in the West . What Bowl ? Is there any chance for CSU or BSU to get BCS Bowl bid ? or will they get Las Vegas and P Bowl. ?

Hawaii will beat Fresno, so we want the Bulldogs to win this game

Hawaii's 13-0 victory at SJSU a week ago was their first road win since 2011 and that win was a fluke. SJSU had 462 yards. Must be the most yards ever gained by a team which was shut out. I therefore see little chance of UH winning at Fresno and think that as others have said we would be better off if UNR beats the Bulldogs since it would virtually guarantee us a bowl berth. I say virtually since after what happened a year ago, I will never again say that we're guaranteed of going with just a 7-5 record, to say nothing of a 6-6 record.

As bad as UNLV is, it's still a rivalry game for them against Reno. So I'd say they have a better chance of pulling an upset than Hawaii - esp if they are playing them at home. Besides, Fresno got lucky they played us when our rookie QB wasn't even close to game ready. They don't deserve a bowl game, much less the MWC Championship game.

We want a Nevada loss tonight, which means a Fresburg victory. Sometimes we need friendamies.

I'm rather conflicted. If Nevada wins, Fresno is bowl ineligible granting us a bowl and we have to hope that Nevada loses next week to be the champs. If Fresno wins, the chance that they will lose to Hawaii next week is much higher and we have a better shot at championship.
Sooooo..... which way, which way.....
This is all predicated on us beating SJSU next week of course.
