If I were a coach, I would hate to have the original poster's kid on my team. He is that dad in the stands that would demand his son played every minute just because he lucked into a big play once. We don't know how these players perform in practice. We don't know how well the understand the playbook. We don't know anything except for the plays we see in the games we watch. The woe is me crowd is thick on here but this one takes the cake. "Major leagues has a vendetta against SDSU players"

Elvis Lives Oswalt didn't act alone Apollo didn't really land on the moon Apollo also lost that first fight to Rocky Balboa in a decision. It was rigged. Yeah, and Apollo is an Aztec so that kinda shoots down the "disrespect" theory.

The 3 players I mentioned as the original poster were Aztecs. They all proved they could play once given a chance. You are dissing Aztecs players we remember for playing hard and wanting to learn and practicing hard. Saying they could not learn the playbook and did not play hard or practice hard is disrespectful. So Zuma is basically saying Hillman lucked into 3 above average NFL RB games in a row. Zuma is saying Escobar lucked into 2 Touchdown catches both of which he caught easily even though they were difficult catches. Zuma is saying Malcolm Thomas did not practice hard enough or learn the playbook enough- A Fisher trained basketball player. I am not talking about a kid in high school who knows nothing and has proved nothing. If you don't think the Power 5 or Weak 5 isn't about prejudice because of Big Money and Big Monopoly you have a mental problem. #1 Miss State gave up AT HOME 548 yards to Alabama Birmingham - UAB #2 Florida State gave up 531 yards to NC State a 4-4 team Those obvious weaknesses should be HOUNDED on until fairness is brought back to college football Boise State has already proven itself in the past that it can beat anyone the Power 5 violates laws in the US constitution . Its a monopoly. Its a business much more than about College education.

Its a monopoly. Its a business much more than about College education. Zuma IS saying you can't read. Zuma did not say anyone lucked into anything. Zuma did not say certain players did not learn their playbook. Zuma did not say certain players did not practice hard enough. Zuma is saying that you don't know a damn thing about why these players are not playing in their respective big leagues. Zuma never said anything about the P5 or G5. Zuma doesn't give a $#!+ about Miss State, UAB, FL State, or NC State. Zuma didn't even know Miss St was the #1 team in the nation. Zuma IS saying, your blind homerism for your home town sports heroes has blinded you into thinking there is some conspiracy in the major league level of keeping players from lower conference schools from succeeding. If that were true, why would so many of them be receiving a paycheck in the first place. If you really want to know why Ronnie hillman isn't playing, give Denver a call. What Zuma isn't saying, is that he wants all SDSU athletes to fail after college, so please don't bother with that faulty logic next.

I'm confused - what exactly did or didn't Zuma say? and I thought he was retired anyway.

Oh, I might add - Aztec players aren't disrespected in the big leagues. From a business stand point, which the big leagues are, that would be silly.

What does Obama or Politics have to do with this??? 50% of Americans support neither party according to Pew and Gallup polls So why does politics matter so much? Its NOT connected to EVERYTHING You didn't really think the "it's Obama's fault" comment was serious did you? I hope for your sake you sensed the sarcasm but judging from your retort you did not. As far as an anti Aztec bias goes, do you really think GMs and professional sports upper management give a flying f*** about where someone went to college? If you can play they'll find you a spot, the road is just more difficult for some guys for a myriad of reasons none of which have to do with going to college at SDSU.

Escobar is behind one of the best TEs in football who is also the critical go-to guy for an embattled but talented QB. Hillman was behind an established RB and had the highest fumble-per-carry rate on the team. He needed extended tone in the doghouse to drive ball security home. Further, the guy who pit him in the doghouse? An Aztec, John Fox. Malcolm? The toughest pro roster to make is the NBA. He's got his chance now. Man up fella, and those who think the same way. Lordy. BTW, you may want to brush up on your constitutional law. The P5 is a monopoly that violates the constitution? Huh? How so? That's an entirely different thread to skewer...
