Guy obviously hasn't been around long. Short sampling.

Damnit. I didn't look at the link closely enough and wasted one of my free clicks on UT links on a article about Women's basketball.

Just go out and take care of business the rest will take care of itself. Have a good season & prove the writers wrong!

Damnit. I didn't look at the link closely enough and wasted one of my free clicks on UT links on a article about Women's basketball. Really? That's quite the backhanded slam on the women's team. They've got some good players (I particularly like Ariell Bostick) and their games are fun to watch. Gotta support Aztec basketball - men or women.

Will be a freshman this year

It was also a joke. If I had a choice between going to a women's basketball game and watching a ping pong match I would choose ping pong. It is not women's sport in general that is boring. Women's tennis, and women's volleyball are both infinitely more interesting then the men's game. However, women's basketball just doesn't have any entertainment value. They are slower, have less body control, and cannot jump as high as their male counterparts. For some reason, in basketball these differences are more apparent then in other sports.

Plus you can sit in the front row if you want because there are a grand total of 7 people there

I think it would be beneficial to some for the UT to release hit numbers for this piece compared to an average men's piece. Could explain things quite clearly.

Was there a coupon for MBB season ticket holders for a game ?
Any chance Fox Sports San Diego picks up a game or two to televise
would be great if the team can get back to where it was when BB was the coach

Can't ever create a women's basketball thread, with just news - no editorial content whatsoever, without some [not so well meaning Aztecs fan] feeling he has to pipe in about how he doesn't like watching women's basketball. Just don't open the F'n thread! Understood??

For all the "fans" whose "knowledge" of our girls is creepy remarks about Kate Eveland, I introduce you to freshman G/F Lexy Thordersen.

I hope those new players Stacie Terry recruited are the real deal. After all, half of the new practice facility will be theirs so there's no excuse for her to sign just average players.

Ahhhh, why did you edit out "pinhead"?? Now everyone's going to think I had some really choice word there instead! It's not like I called out anyone specifically! I know.....I know......we're all supposed to be friends here.
