Remember as the season goes along, the starting 5 plus the rotations could change drastically...Last year before the first game at our luncheon Fish told us that the first two players off the bench would be the two Sacto freshman...Sure enough, he was true to his word, but as the season wore on, both Allen and Williams got less and less PT. My gut feeling says that Shrigley could get a lot more PT than anyone is giving him credit for....When he gets hot from the 3 pt line, he can carry the team.

I'm going with my starting 5 as:
Quinn Shrigley/Kell Shepard O'Brien Spencer
with Polee staying as the 6th man. At the end of the season he was getting starters minutes but the level of energy he brought off the bench was tremendous. I'd love to see that continue on with him getting 25-30 minutes per game. Start Shrigley or Kell to give you that outside threat as you feel out the opponent before you unleash the hounds with the press. I think by the end of the season Quinn will have less starts at the PG position than either Kell/Zabo/Williams as one of them becomes the guy after the first month or two.

Yes it will be an adjustment for the coaching staff staff to play 10+ but the team is very solid 1-13 , also if Coach Hutson is allowed to put a lot of full court pressing D and the offense has a lot more movement ,could be beneficial to play 10 .With 13 players, very important that there is communication with every player and the staff, to keep them happy. Will be interesting to see how the staff handles the "starting team" and the use of the players coming off the bench. Definitely an opportunity to motivate the guys . Production. One of the key games of the OOC is the game with Utah 11/18,on ESPN . Utah is a very good team returning 6 veterans - led by a very likely first round NBA draft choice at guard . Their AD sits on MM selection committee .
