6'11 180 PF from Roseville HS, currently playing with 3-star Noah Blackwell (2015). Keep him on the watch list, huge potential. Blackwell is a 6'1 180 combo guard who has received offers from Arizona State, Maryland, Fresno State, Washington State, Colorado, Creighton and several others. The Aztecs have interest, but didn't extend an offer to him. He does great tape.
Scout’s Notes: 02/23/14: "Brown came into the Pangos Jr. All-American Camp with a big reputation and did not disappoint. He has great length, which allows him to be impactful on both ends of the floor. Offensively, Brown has a very good post game for a player his age, and is able to finish around the rim with both hands. He also demonstrated a solid outside jump shot that should improve as his career progresses. Defensively, because of his length and ability to run the floor, Brown can block or alter shots which is a great asset at any level. Overall, Brown's performance on this particular weekend when combined with his long-term potential, easily solidified him as one of the elite level prospects nationally in the Class of 2018 at this time. He has outstanding upside and should become an elite recruit at the high school assuming he continues to develop his game." -Nigel Carter

Getting 2018 prospects on unofficials is not hard This would have been a good weekend for unofficial or officials. FB shutout, Sky Show 46k, MBB in school.

Interesting move for Brown going to Prolific Prep in Napa with Nathan Mensah already there playing the low post.

I think it's more likely UNR loses a player or two than adds Brown. I think he either ends up in the Bay area, or goes east to UNC. He hasn't even taken an official to UNR.

When Jordan Brown transferred into Prolific Prep, Nathan Mensah transferred out; only to play in the long lean shadow of Bol Bol in Las Vegas.
It would be ironic if Brown became an Aztec and Nathan again found himself in Brown's shadow.
What's next? Bol Bol?
